Items purchased from online store may be exchanged in store at any circumstances to avoid any shipping fees :)

Items will only be able to be exchanged only! No Refunds in store

Requirements to have a successful exchange with no problems! 
Item condition:
 Make sure item is not worn or in bad condition and has original tags and packaging it was received in or else item will be denied. (ex: boots bought with box must be returned with original box)
 
Boots purchased should not be stepped on or sole scratched to avoid this step on carpet, hats sweat band shall not be faded inside thats a sign of wear, shirts with original tags etc.
Shipping
 Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Items must be returned within 14 days of date received any time further won't be eligible for a return/exchange.
Please give us 3-5 days to get back to you via email and resolve the issue.

How will i know westernbootsfashion.com recieved my order?
As soon as we receive your item we will send you a email confirmation that we are going to process your return, please be patient with us we will ensure to help you in any way communication is important to us!
When should i expect my refund?
After we have processed everything and its been checked out you should be able to expect a refund back on original payment method, we will send a email!
When are shipments made?
Shipments are only made on business days (monday - friday), not including holidays within the United States
Does Western Boots Fashion cover shipping fees?
Western boots fashion will only cover shipping fees if the item received came defected
